These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Opanex ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using Opanex, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• Platform: Opanex website and services.
• User: Any person using the platform.
• Client: Individual or business requesting services.
• Freelancer: Individual providing services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under applicable law. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Opanex acts only as an intermediary between Clients and Freelancers. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of services. Any agreements are directly between Users.

6. Services & Contracts

All agreements are directly between Clients and Freelancers. Opanex is not a party to these agreements. Users are responsible for defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

• Payments are processed via third-party providers.
• Opanex may charge service fees or commissions (currently 10% of transaction value).
• Users agree to pay all applicable fees.
• Refunds depend on dispute outcomes or platform policy.

Opanex may assist in resolving disputes but does not guarantee outcomes. We reserve the right to make final decisions in disputes based on our policies and evidence provided.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Commit fraud or misrepresentation
• Circumvent payment systems
• Violate intellectual property rights

All content on Opanex (logo, design, software) is owned by Opanex. Users retain rights to their own content but grant us a license to use it for platform operation.

11. Content Policy

Users are responsible for content they upload. We may remove content that violates laws or our policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations without liability. You may also delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opanex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Opanex harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Opanex, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

We are not responsible for third-party services integrated into the platform. Use them at your own risk.

17. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to UAE jurisdiction unless otherwise specified.
